There will be one staff member at the office during regular hours. The door will be locked for safety, if you require human interaction we will be limiting that to the side window of the building and you will need to call the office first to assure a staff member can assist you. We will require social distancing and only allowing one person to have human interaction at a time.

The ignorant Indian man who usually works the front is very unprofessional. He does not let people talk nor let you explain what you need to say. I will never tell anyone to go to diamond insurance. The attitude was disgusting. Not only am I going to leave a review but I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and file a complaint. Someone with no professionalism and no patience to listen should not run a business. Not to mention that you smoke cigarettes in your facility where customers come in and out of. Your company needs to be shut down completely.
