CYANURIC ACID (stabilizer) level is too high. This level is ideally kept under 150 ppm. When it rises to the 150ppm or higher level it neutralizes the chlorine in the pool. The only way to correct this problem is to drain the pool water, which should be done every 3 years, on average. PHOSPHATES are present in the pool water.
We had a pipe that broke it was to the automatic water filler to the pool. We called E&E Pools and talked to Amold Elzy. They came out to the house and looked at what had to be done, they had to cut the concrete and cut a 12x12 out to get to the pipe to fix it. They came back 2 days later and cut the concrete out and took the old pipe out and put a new pipe in and let it stand for 2 days then they came back 2 days later and got the job done.

E and E Renovated my in ground pool, replaced Kool decking with pavers, reworked the grass area adding a matching paver boarder, installed sprinklers, 10 tons of decorative rock and updated the Kool decking on the patio. I'm very pleased with the results, below is my review.

I have heard so many horror stories related to new pool builds. I am happy to report that mine was nothing like that. I was given a timeline of 3 months from dig to water and they actually finished in 6 weeks!! One pool company I contacted was scheduling a consult 2 months out! The owner was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend E and E Pools!!

E&E added a raised Baja step to our pool and installed a pergola. There were many hiccups throughout the process, but they were eventually resolved. In the end, we are pretty happy with the final product. The biggest frustrations during the build were the extended completion time, post completion mess, and installation teams not showing up on scheduled dates. In general, their prices seemed fair. Overall rating would be a 3 1/2.

As a real estate agent I work with a lot of vendors, a client of mine had to find a fix for his pool before we could move forward with his sale. He called E an E pools, not only did they come out quickly but they found the leak and repaired it in a timely manner.

We needed our pool replastered and new border tile. E&E worked with us to get the best price. Their office provided a clear schedule on what to expect each day over the 7-8 day schedule. Everything happened when they said it would and was done with great professionalism. Arnold, the owner, even stopped by to check on the chip job himself. We even got a month of free pool cleaning. We have dealt with E and E Pools and their owner Arnold since moving to Arizona in 2012. They have always given us great customer service, and their work is top notch. We've recently had them drain and chlorine wash our pool and it looks the best it's ever been. If you need anything done to your pool, I highly recommend E and E!

It has been some time since my distressingly bad experience with this company, but I have not forgotten how incredulous it left me. The owner, Arnold, talked me into a bigger job than I had asked. I am a teacher so big jobs are not easy to swing. Not only was the job not done correctly, taking nearly two weeks of my constantly needling him to fix his work (which was a mediocre fix at best) but he never did fix the original problem I had called him for (claimed it wasn't part of the deal ... That he would fix it for another 100 dollars.. To which I declined and found someone to fix for 65). But

Wanted all my pool equipment replaced due to age of the system. Was given an ok quote nothing special. Hired them to do the work and what I wanted and what was delivered was not done. I wanna to be present for the work and communicated at with the owner that never happened they pull turn green few Weeks after the installation of the new equipment communicated that to the owner

E and E Pool Construction came through in every way!!!! They came in with the lowest bid and getting the most for our money, their salesman Josh was kind, honest, and a pleasure to work with, and they finished the job in about 2 weeks!! We couldn't be happier with the service and job they completed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pool remodel!
