When the hailstorm came thru a few years ago, I learned a lot about my insurance company. Not in a good way. Then I heard from my neighbors with State Farm how their claims were handled...I switched to State Farm. Cheaper isn't always better. Just remember, you get what you pay for. I'm not saying State Farm is expensive, you can find bargain companies out there that are cheaper. I found out real quick that with cheaper insurance, you will pay in the long run if you ever need to use it.

Very unprofessional! Shirley is rude and lacks the knowledge that a well established insurance agent should have! Her employees are even worse. When you have been a customer for years you expect to be valued as a customer! It should not take days to get back to a customer with information on adding an insurance policy to an item to your plan! State Farm is great! Shirley’s office not so much!

We finished our new home and recently updated our policy from a builders to homeowner's policy, not an easy thing to do with a modern home. They were very thorough with the construction methods, quality and type of materials used. Hopefully we never have to file a claim, but if we do I'm confident they have us covered. We've been using them for a decade and look forward to another, but without any large builds or repairs. We definitely recommend Shirley and her team of professional and experienced agents.

They treat me like family here. When I was in an accident that was the other side's fault, their insurance company tried to bully me into filing my own claim and not getting back as much as I deserved, but Stefani Nelson wouldn't let that happen. They've really taken care of me and not let me get taken advantage of.

I'm only giving a two because the girls are really good at pretending to help when most of the time they are unsure of the correct answer. I received a letter in September informing me they would not be renewing my policy because I had made more than 3 claims within 12 months (3 windshield, 1 at fault accident.) And I was like, no big deal. I found… another insurance company who not only was able to insure me, but at almost half the cost. Here's what got me, at the end of October, when my normal State Farm payment would have came out for November they took the money out of my account! When
