I had a really terrible experience here.
During the whole process, I have tried to speak with my dual-agent Joseph Lee many times, but I have never been provided any way to contact him directly until I told them I will file DRE complaint.
I have no guidance as my agent has never returned any of my request to speak with him for guidance and counsel.
Can you believe I have never had a chance to speak with my agent even once?
The Diamond escrow,which is the escrow department of Remax Diamind, even refused to deliver my notice to seller for several times. It is totally violation against the California
