The work and effort put forth by this team was outstanding. Kandi and Jim were both professional and friendly. To prove this point, as a Fire Captain, there would be days in a row that I was not home while they worked on the pool, leaving my very large golden retriever alone. They were very careful as to where he was at all times as to not cause him any injury, and still gave him lots of loving attention. We couldn't have been happier with JSQ Improvements!! Our pool is truly a dream come true! We had been wanting a pool for over a decade and finally decided to move forward. Kandi drew up the rendering and showed us the YouTube video of what the pool and spa would look like. We were blown away! We had no idea our backyard could be this amazingly beautiful! I would highly recommend JSQ for your home improvement projects. We hired Kandi & Jim in early February for a major overhaul of our backyard with a pool, spa, built in bbq, seating, patio, etc. It was quite an undertaking, but we knew we in great hands from the start. Project started a few weeks later and remained on schedule throughout the entire job even with the pandemic taking place. JSQ's work crew is amazing and they were all easy to work with. I can only begin to express how pleased my wife and I are with everything Kandi Queen & JSQ Improvements did for us when remodeling our home. JSQ Improvements was great to work with from design to completion on building our swimming pool. I talked to other companies who gave me “the sales pitch”, but Jim and Kandi asked questions on what we wanted and they delivered. They care about the customer and don’t cut corners. Jim was on the job site and kept us in the loop each step of the way.

Hire this company if you want to irritate your neighbor. Start jack hammering at 7am on a Saturday and promise to stop starting early but still almost everyday make noise early. Leave a mess that neighbors have to see and a port a potty in the front by the neighbors yard for weeks. Another company putting in a pool across the street was neat and quiet and no ports potty during the same time.
JSQ owner was rude when I complained and he and his team had to be asked repeatedly to move their vehicles blocking my drive way.
The pool looks great but now they have many upset neighbors!

The owners of the company Kandi and her husband came to our house and were going to draw up a plan and give us a quote for a pool and backyard remodel. They were one of the top 2 choices for us and had a great presentation. After about 1.5 weeks that she texted me that she had some issues drawing the plan and so immediately I called and she didn't answer. I called her back on several other occasions a with no answer. It's been well over a month and we still haven't heard from them so we gave up. At the least I would have expected a courtesy call letting me know they were able to

One of the best Custom Pool Builders. We had the greatest experience using JSQ as our pool/backyard designer and builder. We had several quotes and they had the best customer services and we're very responsive. They did absolutely everything they promised and did an amazing job. Our experience with JSQ was that they exceeded our expectation. From day one, they were professional and did everything they said they would throughout the process. They were meticulous with the design and details. The greatest part was that they were always on time and made us feel like a priority.
