Dr. Cassie DeVries DC is a proud Frederick, MD native and 2013 graduate of New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. She was inducted into the Phi Chi Omega honor society and was consecutively named to the Dean's List. Before leaving New York, Dr. Cassie obtained additional degrees/certifications in: Whole Foods Nutrition, Selective Functional Movement Analysis, and Applied Kinesiology.

My husband had his first visit today with Dr. Cassie and the entire experience was wonderful. I was able to get him in same day I called and from the moment we spoke with them, they were amazing. Annette at the front desk was super warm, helpful and kind. Dr. Cassie was so great and easy to talk to and made us feel at ease. We had to bring our littles (which can be very stressful taking to appointments) and they were great with our kids and understanding and had an awesome area set up for children. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend them to all.

Dr. Cassie Dougherty is amazing!! I have had debilitating back pain for years, and now I don't have to constantly take pain meds. She is thorough, kind, and takes a conscious and deliberate approach to your chiropractic health. My back is feeling better longer with each week of adjustments. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Cassie is great! I've been treated by a number of chiropractors in my lifetime and she is certainly one of the best. She is very skilled at getting to the root of the problem and beyond that she is kind and intelligent, you really get a sense that she cares about helping people to improve their health and quality of life. I can't recommend her highly enough! If you're looking for a chiropractor anywhere near the Frederick area you'd be doing yourself a disservice to go to anybody else!

Dr. Cassie Dougherty is my chiropractor of choice and has been for the past year. I have chronic back issues and have had two previous back surgeries. Dr. Dougherty has been able to evaluate my condition and successfully treat me anytime symptoms occur. She is able to provide comfort and improve my flexibility within a visit or two. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Dougherty to anyone as I know she will provide the best service available.

This is one smart cookie! Dr Cassie may be young but she is very versed in the latest and most effective techniques to get you functioning at your absoolute best. She's not like most traditional chiropractors in that she just treating the spine, she also looks at the muscular system to bring you into balance. Best of all she's very friendly and patient oriented. You will not regret going to see her!

I've been to several good chiropractors but Cassie seems to have a different approach, more like physical therapy and chiropractic combined. Very high tech. She's used dry needing, massage and taping unlike I've ever had done and it works wonders at easing pain. She seems to be on the cutting edge of the newest techniques. I know it works for me and I would whole heartily refer her to everyone.

Hi. Dr. Cassie is absolutely wonderful. She helped me with pain I was having in my back and shoulders. She used a new needle technique that really worked. What I liked about her best was her approach. She was so easy to talk to and she listened very well. I like that she is curious about new ways to do things and seems to be at the forefront of any new methodology and eager to try it. The whole practice seems great but it is Dr. Cassie that I would go to see again and again. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Dr. Cassie is definitely one of the fresh new faces in the medical community here in Frederick. Not only is she one the nicest people I've ever met, she is also one of the few chiropractors I would personally choose to see. Her approach to care is new and innovative and it works!!! I have been treated by Dr. Cassie a few times during my swimming career. She helped me before and after meets. She always took her time and I never felt like she was in a rush to get me out of the office. She gave me exercises and stretches to do at home so I did not have to keep coming back all the time for treatments. Her adjusting was very comfortable and I feel great every time I leave her office. I highly recommend Dr. Cassie!
