Who finds their career at age 16? Honestly I was just looking for an after school job! The State Farm agent's office in a small Northern California town was the second office that I walked into that day and a character of a man (envision Johnny Cash) hired me on the spot! Insurance was a foreign world to me considering that I was still a dependent and had not yet needed to secure any insurance on my own.
However, as I look back, I believe it was the fear of not knowing anything that helped me to develop a style of communicating with my customers in an easy to understand manner. I remember how that felt and it is super important to me that my team and I have the ability to explain insurance concepts in a way that makes sense to you.

Joni and her Team are the best in the business! They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their clients. That do a great job explaining coverages so you know exactly what you’re getting. Joni and Melissa are the most caring and compassionate people I’ve ever had the chance to work with. You would be doing yourself a disservice not working with this insurance team.

My partner's family has been with StateFarm, this particular spot, for years. They always had great things to say, especially about Melissa, so right when I purchased my vehicle, I came here as well to get insured. I've been with StateFarm for about 3 years now and all my visits here has been wonderful. As you enter, they always offer you a drink or snack, making you feel welcomed.
Our go to person is Melissa, she has such a great energy surrounding her and always do her very best to help us with our problems. She's amazing and my partner and I always leave StateFarm with a smile

I was with Joni Ginno-StateFarm for 18 years until I moved out of state. Her office has amazing service and Joni will talk to you 1 on 1 each year to make sure all your need insurance and financial needs are met (I had a car loan with Joni.) I have yet to find an ins. company in my new state that does this type of service (including State Farm office here.) Thank you Joni and Staff for all those great years.

I don't think I ever understood the need for an insurance agent, until I worked with Joni and her staff. They are friendly, reliable, thorough, and incredibly knowledgable. I had a roadside emergency in Oroville, yesterday. My policy includes emergency roadside assistance, however I did not have the 800 number in my contact list on my phone. I called the office in Chico to get the number and Ariana offered to assist me directly as she felt that she would be able to get a local (Oroville) tow service to my rescue faster than the firm that State Farm normally contracts with. It was a very hot day anything that would get me out of the heat on Highway 70 was appreciated.

I have been working with Joni and State Farm for probably over 20 years. They were recommended by a salesman at Wittmeier Auto Center nearby. I was 21 when I purchased my first home and they were with me. At that time it was "entry level" only-what is-required insurance to get me into my first home. As the years have progressed, they have been there when I needed additional coverage, optional insurance (Flood, Earthquake, Renters and Personal Property). Recently I sold and purchased a new home. There was a glitch with FEMA and I wasn't able to get a quick refund. I gave up
