Wow where to begin. They simply don't know insurance, they don't know State Farm or Citizens rules and they give the wrong advice.
I would never use these guys again as it just happened again today! Luckily, I called a new agent who gave me the correct information. When I let them know I was changing agents, they called the new agent to try to sabotage the process based on the wrong info they gave me! Luckily since I had been truthful with both agents, they failed, and just helped the underwriting process with the new agent. Truth was, once again, they just didn't know what they were doing!

The staff at Tonya Baker-Turner's office makes dealing with insurance a pleasant experience. I have been their client for almost twenty years, and I have always received excellent service from everyone in the office, especially my agent Marcy Aiken-Covington. So far so good. I just switched over to State Farm and this office is so kind and helpful. They looked for ways to help me save money and to really see which plan would benefit me in the long run, and financially. Customer service is exceptional as well as promptness. They follow up on any questions or concerns I may have had in the past. I really feel like a valued customer.

I've been working with Karen with an ongoing issue and I must say she has gone over and beyond her position in providing excellent customer service. When I explained to her what was going on in which it almost cost me a job offer. She did not hesitate and jump right into action as if it was her job on the line. Her willingness and dedication to me has me in awh. Someone whom I only known over the phone is fighting for my future makes me love her even more. Shes the type of person you want to remain on your team and representing your brand.

This is a very client centric office. The staff is very cordial, very knowledgeable and caring. We don't realize how important it is to have insurance until we experience some type of loss or damage. With every encounter. The staff members go the extra mile to make sure you understand your coverages and how to improve your financial being. This is accomplished in a more caring and genuinely concern manner vs. a sales approach. Impeccable!!!!!
