Bought a foreclosure in 2010. Not knowing anything about builders here. It was a Ernie White home built in 1994 in the Deerbrook Subdivision.The things we have learned about his building style and the "extra" things he puts in a house you don't see are outstanding. Very very happy even though wasn't built for us we lucked out and got one of his houses.
