I worked with Tyler to find an apartment and he was great; answered all my questions timely, put in the time to find me exactly what I needed, and untimely did just that. I really didn’t understand the point of brokers, they seemed to do nothing but collect a check for posting something to a website, but I never felt that way about Tyler, I wouldn’t have found my awesome apartment if it wasn’t for him.

I worked with Tyler on an apartment lease. He was super responsive and professional. Anthony P. Cannone ( Tony) has been great touring apartments in fort lee, nj. Following up with my requests via email and by text. Very nice and patient and looking to accommodate always in the best way possible, all sales associate should be like Tony. He is honest and gives a lot of important information regarding the apartments/condos toured. Sokolich is lucky to have him, highly recommend.

Ross Lupino was not a very helpful real estate broker. His follow up was poor, I sent him 2 text messages regarding a property and the last straw was today at 4 PM when he finally answered my text that he was busy and would call me back. He never did.
I suggest that the Sokolich Realty group retrain this agent on the importance of answering a customers questions and showing interest in their needs.

We used the services of Sokolich to find apartments.
Advantages:
1. All apartments are in excellent condition, the houses are very neat, beautiful both outside and inside.
2. Landlord goes on compromises, you can agree on a price reduction or some discounts.
3. The staff are very friendly and patient.
Disadvantages:
1. Expensive. Compared to other apartments in Fort Lee, the price is much higher.
2. Parking for additional fee
3. There is a realtor fee, which, of course, affects the final price of housing.
As a whole, I can advise the services of this agency for those who want to live in
