Really great place to get insurance! Natalie is awesome, and always very friendly. The other agents that work there are always very helpful and kind as well. It genuinely feels like they care about providing quality insurance at an affordable price. I'd highly recommend any of my friends or family to get a quote on their home and auto insurance.

I just joined a few months ago and the service and competence of every person I’ve spoken to has been awesome! They are constantly working to save you the most amount of money while also making sure that you are adequately covered for any potential exposures. When I moved my insurance over they found out that I had been sold multiple double coverage on certain things and saved me a lot of money.
HIGHLY recommended.

Natalie’s office has always been so helpful when getting me set up with a new policy or when I’ve had questions. They’re very responsive and friendly. Nadia was wonderful to help me with an issue I had recently and got it taken care of very quickly. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with everyone I’ve spoken with so far.

We have had a terrible experience with StateFarm as of late. We opened a claim for our roof and was told that we would have an inspection done or that somebody would reach out to us. We have not heard from anyone and every time we call they transfer us to another agent and then it goes to voicemail. I gave it a few days and then tried again this week to call only to be sent to voicemail again and no one has called us back. I am super disappointed in the service we have received and will be switching to something else.

I have been using State Farm for the past 10 years we were with a different agent before Natalie Matthews. Natalie Matthews and her husband Bonita and Estero are by far the best State Farm agents in the area. They have hired a new girl Nadia and she is absolutely one of the best Representative agents I have ever seen. She is attentive to detail and knows exactly what’s going on with your file when you call. She is a great fit for Natalie Mathews State Farm and I think that she should be training other individuals to act and know how to deal with certain situations. I was dealing with a payment

After several years I finally registered my car in Florida because I recently made SWFL my primary home.
I called this agency mostly because it's close to my home. When I called I spoke with a lovely woman who took most of my information. She then asked me about my Condo and life insurance. She made some rather good points, taking into account my special circumstances and I thought, "Sure, why not have them take a look at it all."
Then rather oddly I was abruptly put on hold and transferred to the agency owner, Ms. Mathews. I thought this was odd but, okay kinda nice to be taken

It was finally time to get my car registered in Florida and I am not good with anything insurance wise nope not me! Called their office and spoke to someone there who made me aware I was extremely under insured with Progressive. Did not even know that was possible!!!!! They really made an effort to give me better coverages while helping me to stay within my budget and I got to meet all of the friendly faces in Natalie’s office and can’t begin to thank them for how wonderful they were with me, helped an old snowbird like me understand what to do if I am ever in an accident, who to call and also
