We had a policy with SF for decades (most of it with a prior agent who retired). When I called to make changes I was informed that they would not renew our policy. Why?? Spoke to Cindy at the office and she was extremely and unnecessarily rude and she could not clearly articulate why they could not make the changes or renew our policy. It was not until I spoke to a different agent at a different company that it was made clear to me why a new policy needed to be written up - a very simple reason.
