In addition to counseling in a traditional office setting, we offer clients the option to combine exercise, therapy, and the outdoors. Studies have shown that problem solving ability increases during exercise. This approach adds the physical benefits of exercise and the mental benefits of being outdoors.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing for over 20 years. I have a MS in Counseling from Jacksonville State University and a PhD in Counseling from the University of Alabama. Being an Army wife has given me a broad range of experience as every 2 years I got to find a new job.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over fourteen years of experience in the counseling field. In 2004, I graduated with my Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of North Alabama. Throughout my career, I have served as a counselor, manager, and director of programs that serve adults, children and the elderly who experience both mental health and substance use disorders.

Life is beautiful, but part of living life means overcoming the difficulties of our past or the anxieties of our future. Facing these difficulties can feel incredibly overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone.
