After a minor issue with or policy, which Alise was supposed to be working on, she stopped responding to me entirely. It's been a full month since I heard from her, I found out my policy had been cancelled, and now I'm having to shop for a new policy with somebody else who hopefully will respond to me about stuff. Do not work with this woman.
