I highly recommend Pure Gold Dental for all your dental needs. Dr. Kwong is an amazing dentist and you'll definitely want to ask for Michelle to be your hygienist, it was actually an enjoyable experience, something I would never expect from visiting the dentist. The staff in the front were accommodating and helpful, especially with booking appointments and getting seen. I look forward to my next visit.

Been coming here for at least 7 years. Natalie is so incredibly sweet and as gentle as can be every single time. I actually don't mind going to the dentist. Dr. Kwong is also very professional and thourough. I'm usually in and out of the office with an hour for my cleaning. In 7 years I have never had a bad experience here. I wish they were open a little later in the evening but other than that I have absolutely no complaints and I would recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I had a really bad experience here. I rarely write reviews, but my daughter had an appointment at this dentist office last week and we were greeted by a very polite blonde young lady, "Tanya". She was very kind, as my daughter explained that she is fearful of dentists. She took the time to reassure my daughter and eased her fears. There's a dark haired woman that works there, Carmen? I was wrongfully informed that my next eligible cleaning would be on a certain date, only to late find out that the front desk was wrong, and I was charged, despite this being their mistake. In addition, I was charged for a service that I did not ask for, but instead something that they had forced on me, even though the dentist barely glanced at my teeth, claiming they had thought I needed periodontal work when I have never

I have read some of the other one star reviews and I am surprised to see that they have experienced similar problems as I have, meaning this must be a recurring issue that they have.

I had a horrible experience at Redlands dentistry, so I came here off of a recommendation from a colleague. It's been 3 years, and I can't say enough about how great Dr. Vines and his staff are. I've had a couple of fillings replaced and done here, and Dr. Vines is always gently and makes sure he checks in on how Ii'm doing every step of the way. It's hard to find a good dentist, especially when you have had bad experiences, but I have no qualms about going here for anything dental related.

I took my 1 yr. old in a couple of weeks ago for a same day appointment. I was so happy they were able to get me in that morning! Everyone was so nice and really took great care of us! They were very accommodating and made my baby feel comfortable while examining him. I was able to hold him in my lap while he watched Netflix! It was awesome! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist!

I love the back office and the staff, but just had a really negative experience with the front office. My daughter who has been suffering for two days just called the office to say she would be ten minutes late for a 1:40 appointment. She is a nurse and was having a hard time leaving the hospital. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to her and informed her that she was the last appointment of the day, so no, could she come in tomorrow?!!!! Needless to say she will be looking for a new dentist office, I was upset because I urged her to go, too bad such a nice dentist has such a rude

I don't have dental insurance so I pay out of pocket. I went to this dentist 6 months ago and had xrays and a cleaning. I went today for a six month cleaning, which is usually about $100. When I paid, it was $175. The receptionist said it's an extra $75 because the dentist checked my mouth (for literally 30 seconds). They didn't tell me about this extra charge. As a cash patient, they should let you know beforehand what the fees are, especially when I didn't have to have the dentist look at me for a cleaning. This was our third visit for orthodontics treatment and so far everything is great! The dentist, Dr Hawkins, we knew was great but the staff (front office and hygienist are awesome too). Everyone is friendly, and explains what they are doing to my daughter as well as myself.
Dr Hawkins always has a big friendly smile! He spends time with my daughter talking to her. Service is great.
The building is OLD but nice. I really like how the ortho office is decorated- surf / beach feel...very relaxing.
The insurance portion has no been any issues. Simply completing paperwork and they bill my insurance

This was my first visit to this dental office. My expectations were surpassed! I was seen by Dr. Erin Stephens. She was great! What a professional! I was treated with kindness, and caring. The best part was the cancer screening exam which felt more like a comfy neck massage. Dr. Stephens is the best dentist I have ever been treated by - hands down I would recommend her to all of my family and friends! The staff was courteous and professional. My appointment started on time with no wait. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Five stars all the way!

Back office staff is just wonderful however, Jackie from front office does not have much PR skills, she is short and little rude, annoyed that I do not understand her answer and annoyed she has to take time to explain my bill, so this one star goes to her (why even one?) and the other four to back office. It is sad to see a good place like this has the front staff member at a lesser level than the dental services provided...
