Skilled workers are persons who can immigrate to Canada based on their occupation. The occupation must be a skilled occupation listed on the Canadian National Occupations Classification (NOC) as a O, A, or B. occupation. The applicant must have at least one year of experience in the occupation.
In order to qualify, the applicant must score 67 points based on a system that awards points for language ability in English or French, education, work experience (beyond the one year minimum), arranged employment, age, and several other factors.All skilled occupations, including all Information Technology occupations, are eligible.

I was lucky enough to work with Allen & Hodgman to get Canadian visa through Express entry immigration program. They helped me with everything needed and guided me well on all the procedures and documentation required. I would specially like to thank Joe Wilkes, he was handling my case. Bruce Allen provide a quick response and good advice gratis when all other services wanted upwards of $100 just to book a phone 'consultation' appointment to speak with someone. I have since engaged them to support me in gathering my documents and making a visa application. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent law firm.
