The company got its start in the early 1980's when we were asked by business associates to perform some construction work in their commercial office space. They knew that they needed help.
They were looking for a reliable builder, and knew that, as a team from the real estate industry, we would know what was needed and the best way to put it in place. Starting out, we took on a few small construction projects. Every time we were asked to do a job, it seemed like we got two more from others in the industry who had heard about our work.

The CCSI project team uses a hands-on, results oriented approach to problem solving and achieves project goals through a blend of in-depth construction experience, practical business sense and proactive management style. We treat each project as if it were for our own account by assigning a corporate officer as the hands-on Project Leader and primary contact person.

Don is a registered professional engineer in the State of Maryland.
CCSI Construction, LLC is a privately owned company with roots in the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we offer a long, stable track record of successful construction projects. CCSI's corporate headquarters is located in downtown Washington and virtually all our business is conducted within the local metropolitan area.
