My name is Nicolas Morales. I own a State Farm Insurance Agency in downtown Albany, NY. OMG This is the worst car insurance experience I‘ve ever had. They canceled my insurance without my permission and without letting me know! This put me into very bad situation that I was out of insurance for a period of time! They even refused to admit it! I do not recommend this agent to anyone. So bad.

Nicolas Morales is a great guy but the gentleman Jose that work him is no help due to the fact that he don't satisfy his customers . I been a member for 8 yrs just finish my policy with state farm because Jose he don't give option or recommendation to keep the policy flowing or to keep his loyal customers ..

Went in to ask about auto insurance and have to say that Jose was an incredible addition to the experience with his customer service skills. He was friendly, he was professional, and he was empathetic. I left more knowledgeable and satisfied than I anticipated when first coming in.
