Pursuit focuses on 1 to 5 acre acquisitions that can be developed for free standing single tenant, multi-tenant centers and/or land dispositions.
Kevin T. Obymako, President, founded Pursuit Real Estate Service, Inc. in 2002. Pursuit's primary function is to seek and acquire single site development opportunities.
Since Pursuit's inception, Kevin has been responsible for over 75 million dollars in development projects including sites for Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, BB&T, Mattress Firm, Chili's, Family Dollar, Advance Auto Parts, Walgreen's, AM South/Regions, Arby's, 7-Eleven and other retailers.Prior to founding Pursuit, Kevin was president of Urban Outsource, an Illinois-based retail developer, focused on single-site development.
