My experience with Fireside Real Estate and my agent Alexandra Page exceeded my expectations. I was a first time homebuyer navigating a very competitive market in Greater Boston, but Alexandra pulled out all the stops for me - making multiple trips to open houses and arranging private showings. She held my hand through the entire process and fought on my behalf when things got rocky. I truly felt like I was her only client (even though that was definitely not the case!). Our Real estate agent Laura Testa helped my wife and I find our perfect first home. She is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. Whenever we would check out a home with Laura you can tell she did her research and knew everything about the home. The lack of response and professionalism made me speechless. Laura lied about needing documentation to see a home, after speaking to the listing agent of the home, she made it clear this paper work was not required. This was my last email from Laura
"I'm happy to show you homes, but Pembroke is a haul, and without having the proper pre-approval, its time lost that I could have spent working to service other clients.
If you are adamant about seeing the house without the proper pre-approval, I would suggest working with Alice who I am sure would be happy to show you the house since she has vested

My husband and I are first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. My Fiance and I bought our first home last month through Fireside with our Real Estate Agent, Laura Testa. Laura helped us check out a few homes prior to the one we ended up purchasing, but, throughout the process, she was knowledgeable, effective, and capable, taking us through all the proper steps necessary for first time home owners.
