Double billing, and failure to refund 19 $40 copays I didn't owe.
I love my son's counselor. My wife got great treatment. But their billing agency will tell you that you missed copays you have receipts and bank records of, and my insurance paid for a treatment but we had already paid $760 in copays before we got our first explanation of benefits telling us we didn't owe it and they did stop charging us but we can't even get their billing department on the phone much less get our money returned.
If they would switch billing providers, I'd rate them a solid 4 and maybe
