As Dr. Michelle Arietta grew up in Auburn, just up the hill from Rocklin, she is delighted to work in this beautiful community. She loves living in Placer County and having easy access to big cities and beautiful mountain escapes. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Michelle worked as a chiropractic assistant and has been working in chiropractic since 1994.

Chiropractors are the only profession trained to detect and adjust spinal subluxations. Subluxation is an often symptomless/painless disruption in your nervous system, that decreases the body's innate potential to be healthy and well. For many, after failed benefit from other providers/modalities, chiropractic and the adjustment of vertebral subluxation is the missing piece of a healthy lifestyle.

Our goal is to help couples who are trying to get pregnant, make sure that their bodies are as healthy as possible. During pregnancy, chiropractic care is highly beneficial. It can help moms-to-be experience a happier, healthier pregnancy.
Due to the many problems caused by increased C-section rates and poor infant health Dr. Michelle believes it's vital to have your child checked by a pediatric chiropractor as soon as possible after birth. There's medical research that shows that upward of 80 to 85% of all normal, natural birth have some upper cervical joint dysfunction as a result of delivery.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Michelle and her staff have been for my family's. She has adjusted all 3 of my children and also my husband and myself. Dr Michelle is truly a healer. I went to hear with postpartum chronic hip pain and pelvix symphysis from having two babies in two years. My hips were so out of alignment that I was carrying 18 more lbs in my right hip than my left. After treatments with Dr Michelle, I hips quickly balanced back out and no more hip pain. Thank god for Dr Michelle.

The BEST Northern California has to offer! I found out about Connected Chiropractor through a friend when needing some much needed relief. Currently 33 weeks pregnant and just about everything hurts! I called and spoke to Sam who is seriously the sweetest. I was trying to get an appointment fairly quickly since I was having some pretty bad pain. Sam let me know the office would be closed for about a week so they were pretty booked but went above and beyond and was able to getme in the next day.

I actually felt better after my very first adjustment! I felt so carefully and gently treated. I wish I could go twice weekly but it's a bit far for me. Still I will be back and look forward to more pain relief and sensitive care from Dr. Michelle. Three generations came for adjustments today, Grandma (that's me), Mama and baby! 9 months ago I couldn't walk. Issues with my lower back and pain down my right leg. Today, I'm back to 80% on my right leg, better than it's been since surgery 2 years ago and now I can function normally. I attribute all of this to Dr Michelle and her team at Connected Chiropractic. Went from 3x a week to once a week for maintenance and still showing progress to get to 100%

I've been dealing with all kinds of musculoskeletal issues for 17+ years. After a year working with Connected Chiro I am way more able to workout without the injuries that always seemed to hit me a couple weeks into a routine. Often it's a quick in and out for a simple adjustment, but when that doesn't do it they're diligent to spend whatever time is needed to get to the root of an issue.
I can't speak highly enough of Dr Michele and the truly caring, skillful care she's given to me and my family.

Being about 30 weeks pregnant and never having gone to a chiropractor before, I was a little hesitant to try it out for the first time but my back pain was enough motivation to get me into Dr. Michelle's office and I'm so glad I went to her! She really took her time to get to know me as a person and make me feel as comfortable and at-home as possible in her office before even starting the adjustment (which was so gentle but oh-so-effective!). We are so thankful to have found Dr. Michelle!! She took care of me during my pregnancy, keeping me pain free, and keeping my body aligned so I could have a better delivery. Dr. Michelle is A-MAZING! She has great bed side manner. She's kind, personable and truly cares about her patients. I started going to her because of back pain many years ago. Like 8 years ago.
