Shocked at the high rating. We took our car in for a coolant leak to which they said we needed a new water pump. We agreed to take it in and asked that a compression test be done and we get the results BEFORE installing the water pump and paid an additional $100+ for that test. We never got the results of that test and they installed the water pump without disclosing our compression test results. When picking up our car our hood was broken which they blamed on the hydraulics wearing out but that doesn't explain the broken parts. On top of that our car is still leaking coolant and we've

Avoid this place if you are at all interested in keeping your money. The first time my wife and I took our car there, we paid ~$300 for a problem that wasn't even fixed (they swear they did the work). The second time they wanted to charge us $1,000 for the same job that another place we called will do for $380. Not sure if their parts are gold plated or what, but how do you justify the expense?
Upon telling them we can afford it and asking about coming to get the car, they want $110 for just looking at it (hooking it up to an ECM scanner for 20 mins). Makes you wonder what their shop rate
