At Carolina Smiles Dentistry, we want to be sure we can provide dental treatment to as many children as possible so tooth decay can be prevented or treated in order to avoid more serious health problems later on. By accepting Medicaid coverage for children ages infant through twenty-one years of age, we can help treat more children and teens.
Routine dental visits are necessary in order to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Good dental hygiene and regular check-ups will help keep your mouth healthy and prevent infection, tooth decay, and tooth loss. Dental exams also give us the opportunity to provide suggestions for future care based off of your current dental routine.

I use this account to write my reviews so my real name isn’t public. But DO NOT go here. I went here when I was younger. The dentist looked at my teeth and the assistant informed my mother I needed four crowns on my teeth. Went to another dentist for a second opinion before spending that kind of money, he said my teeth were beautiful and were nowhere close to needing a crown. This dentist is just looking for ways to TAKE YOUR MONEY. Literally the worst place I have ever been to. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This place is horrible I had a terrible experience with my son Dr.Waters told me to be quiet and he treated my son like he was slow and like my son was annoying him my TWO year old at that. And after reading these reviews I fear for what happened when my son got crowns put in. THERE ARE OTHER PLACES THAT TAKE MEDICAID SAVE YOUR CHILD THE HEARTACHE THEY TOOK DOWN THE REVIEW I PUT WHEN I EXPERIENCED THAT THEY KNOW TRACY WATERS IS A BAD PERSON

I have been coming to this dentistry for almost 10 years! I was a patient myself as a child and now my children receive their dental care here. That should be enough said, but I can go on! I love that they are always on time. Appointments are done quick and my kids are always given the best treatment. The staff always answers their calls with a great attitude. They have always treated us like family and I am very much blessed to receive the amazing care and warm family environment they provide. Thank you guys!

I have been bringing my kids to this dental office for 2 years now for their cleaning and I still have never meet this dentist. They always just have the dental assistants come up an tell me about the cleanings and dental treatment that they’ve had done. An I always ask well where is the dentist at to explain this to me and they just tell me well he doesn’t ever come up to explain anything unless your child has behaved bad “WHAT”!!!! My children who are 19 and 17 have been going here since they opened, we love everyone who works here! They are very professional and awesome with the kids. I now have two stepchildren who are 9 and 6 they have been going there for 4 years now and they absolutely love going to see everyone at the office. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone, my children went to several other dentist offices and this by far is the best!!!
