We specialize in a number of dental procedures from preventive care and teeth cleanings, to cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening.
Traci grew up in Grafton, West Virginia graduating from Grafton High School. Traci has known she wanted to be a dental hygienist since age 12. After high school, she attended West Liberty State College and received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She received her license to practice dental hygiene from the State of West Virginia and practiced there for four years.
Dr. Nelson was born and raised in Albany, New York, and graduated from the State University of New York at Albany. She later graduated valedictorian of her class from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1983. Upon completion of a General Practice Residency with the United States Air Force in 1984, she moved to Florida and finished her military obligation at Patrick AFB.
Dr. Nelson and Dr. Millingen, as well as the entire Ultimate Smile Design team, feel a deep sense of commitment to the local community. Through involvement in community events and organizations, they enjoy giving back to the citizens of Brevard County. They are grateful to live here and feel fortunate to be able to contribute to the quality of life of the area they call home.

I’ve had the best experiences with both Dr. Nelson and Dr. Brambila. Dr. Nelson has done several cleanings and fillings for me that all went great. Dr. Brambila has done my bridge replacements and will complete them in a few weeks. They both listen to all of my concerns and explain everything in great detail to ensure I understand what they’ll do and to make sure it’s okay first. Both are extremely pleasant and comforting during the not so comfortable dental procedures. I was not one of their patients, I called for an "emergency" broken tooth since my dentist couldn't see me for 6 weeks. Was seen in 2 days (no pain) Result was a crown - which I expected. The visit was the absolute best dental experience I have EVER had. Fast, efficient, friendly, felt like I was part of their family. Thanks to the whole crew. I had my teeth cleaned by Ann-Marie and she was so gentle , she made sure I was okay , and I was overall impressed of how my teeth looked afterwards. I must admit that being an adult and having to go to the dentist can often times be terrifying however, Dr. Millingen and Sherri handled me with such care and gave me not only a sense of ease but also comfort. Been meaning to brag on here for months= Could not be more happy & satisfied here, from the front desk crew to Terri & all the assistants... Dr. Nelson is the BEST with her knowledge, gentleness and explanation of why & what she is doing with each step. I've been going here for over 15 years. I've seen Drs. Yasonis and Millingen, both were friendly. The dental hygienists (Traci, Rachelle, and Gina) are nice and skilled. The reason I give 3 stars is because of the front desk. My biggest qualm was when I went to check out and was told repeatedly by the receptionist that I had multiple cavities that needed management. I informed her the dentist said I was set for 6 months for my routine care. The receptionist was condescending and insisted that was not correct. I requested my chart suspecting she was not in my file and she said it was not
