RANDY MAYHEW is well known for excellence in real estate education. Over a span of 36 years, Mr. Mayhew has instructed thousands of real estate brokers and salesperson mostly in Vermont and New Hampshire. For more than two decades, Mr. Mayhew served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vermont Law School assigned to instruct courses in real estate transactions and commercial law.
To compliment his teaching experience, since 1979, Mr. Mayhew has carried on an active practice of law in his hometown of Woodstock, Vermont, concentrating in real estate transactions, administrative, and probate matters. In early 2006, the Randy Mayhew School of Real Estate (RMSOR) was created to serve the education needs of real estate professionals in both Vermont and New Hampshire.

It contains a lengthy explanation of the process of becoming licensed and the course alternatives we offer. The reason it is called Hybrid is that we DO require 8 hours in the classroom to address law that is specific to Vermont. The online portion covers the national law study. If you choose this method of study, you would proceed to the Express Hybrid Registration page.
The Randy Mayhew School of Real Estate website contains various practice exams (both National and Vermont) as well as a sample Final Exam. These are found in the lower right hand corner of the website home page under the heading QUICK ACCESS. These exams are recommended for your use, however, they are NOT REQUIRED.
Prepare for the VT Prelicense Exam (Broker or Salesperson) with guided online practice exams. This is an online study intended to provide supplemental study for Vermont real estate license applicants, including both salesperson and broker applicants. Another popular use is to provide study for licensees in other jurisdictions who seek to be licensed in VT and simply need study materials to help pass the VT portion of the AMP exam.
