This company did an appraisal on my property. I had a previous appraisal done within 3 months of the Hodges apprasial. Hodges was $144,000.00 lower/difference than the first apprasial. SOMETHING is wrong here...there should not be such a huge difference. It is my opinion that "I would not employ this company to apprase a dog house."
