The staff was rude. The buffet was in need of a restock. Lots of empty pans. No one ever refilled our drinks so I did it myself and they scolded me. Wasn't a fan of this place.

The food was hot and fresh, everyone was wearing the N-95 masks so I felt very safe eating there. The prices are fair and the staff is very polite.

This used to be my favorite restaurant and the best Chinese in Fayetteville to me. I still give them ratings of four stars because they still have high quality food

I would give them a zero for customer service for sure The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. My son bought some food on the 26th of December with a visa debit card. They didn't give it back and so now I'm dealing with getting it back. She was yelling at me on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and she said yes like I was nobody. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her she didn't need to yell at me and she wouldn't let me talk at all. She said she didn't have a debit visa card and kept yelling at me. I know they had it and didn't give it back

If I could give this a zero star I would. I fixed a plate to go. Got to the register and it was $16.23 for a To Go plate. (I guess this is why you can’t get a receipt) So I asked her, “it’s that much can I just change and eat here”? She said “Yes”. Sat down to eat and couldn’t enjoy it as nothing tasted fresh. It was over cooked and definitely not fresh. Went to try and salvage my money by fixing another plate. She then told me, “Oh I misunderstood you, you can’t do that. Now I was left leaving the food and paying $16.23 for nothing.

Terrible customer service. Middle age lady(that's being generous) that works the register (etc.) is VERY rude. I was not greeted when I came in. I was getting food to go from the buffet. I asked for gloves to use and she snatched gloves out box and handed them to me without even looking and then walked away. I proceeded to get my food items, one of the bottle of sauces was clogged. I notified the worker that was closest to me, he pointed at the lady in the front(as to imply tell her) and then walked off without attempting to help. I get to the register...she snatched my plates and weighs them still

I come here often for buffet take out (fill your box up, weight it, and take out) and I love their food. Their black pepper chicken is amazing. 4 stars because the lady that works the register is consistently rude each time I go.

This place is REALLY good.. best beef and broccoli ever, plus an unexpected bonus, desserts!! They are practicing really good COVID measures too. I appreciate the lower prices for kids. Definitely recommend!

The food was ok. However when I was leaving out there was an elderly lady outside needing to use the bathroom to clean up from a little accident. They allowed her to come in and use their bathroom even though she was not going to purchase any food. I appreciated that tremendously.

Food was pretty good, I really enjoyed the fried fish. I was also happy to see the hostess instructing patrons to use hand sanitizer before going to the bar. I was given a glove upon request. However, I would have like to seen them stationed next to the plates or utensils.

GREAT food, there were so many different choices for foods. The cheesy crab was spectacular and the sesame chicken was perfect. We found our new favorite Chinese place!

Some of their food was just just plain down and nasty. They weren't that great before COVID either. Their vanilla pudding had barely any taste, the octopus tasted nasty and barely warm. Try another Chinese restaurant first. NC sanitary ratings aren't as high as other states so I'm picky too because I'm not use to this nasty stuff. I'd go to McDonalds before here!

Due to yelps remark when starting my review that "many businesses are doing their best during covid" I added a star. Started at 2. This is the 5th or more time that we've ordered from this place. We gotten lunch & it's always been General Tso's & tried a second dish each time. A dish that we've been familiar with at other restaurants. Nothing has been good except the General Tso's and even that has been back & forth. It's as if there's two people cooking in the kitchen, one good, one horrible. I'm very surprised by the low ratings because in a Fayetteville, after living here for 20+ years, this is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. That said, I give it 3 stars because it's good, but not special, it's just where my husband prefers that we go.

Love this place. Simple American style Chinese buffet and the nicest wait staff. Glad this place is right up the street!

I will never go here again. Took my family here for my son's 18 BD. We found a roach in our food. I would have taken a picture of it but too busy trying not to puke and getting the hell out of there. When we showed the manager she acted like it was no big deal. I WILL NEVER SET A FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!

As far as Chinese buffets go, I love this place! Lots of entree options with all the staples and more. The best thing is the hot and sour soup, Solid! This isn't fine dining but it isn't a trashy buffet either. I have tried it twice in 10 days and was very happy with both visits. Prices are good, too.

Food is decent. The hostess is rude, not personable at all. I am sitting here eating right now when a waitress walked past the food and harked up what I can imagine was a huge wade of mucus lmbo. Oh so nasty lol. Who does that. Will not be coming back.

Definitely not worth the money!! They're the same as every other Chinese buffet but charge double the price. I paid more money here than I would at Any other buffet and got less food. When I heard the $18 price I almost turned around and walked out without getting anything. I would probably pay less than $10 at any other buffet for the same food items, and the older lady who works at the front counter is always rude and has a serious attitude problem. I will never return!! Seriously save your money and go to hibachi grill or any other buffet!!

Have been to this location a couple of times to give them the benefit of the doubt. It is very poorly decorated and the walls are dirty with splattered food and drink. The chicken is dry and overly sauced. The dessert cake is bland and dry. Overpriced buffet for the amount of food you are willing to eat. Won't be back.

Food is slightly below average. Most buffet items are overly saucy or salty to make up for low quality meats with minimal use of vegetables in their various buffet dishes. This isn't the reason for the one star review....

The real deal breaker at this restaurant is some of the most unfriendly service you will find anywhere in the region!

I liked the food but not the service. I won't go back since I saw the lady at the register sneezing into her hand and then going to the buffet to work without washing her hands. I also feel they are intimidating and not happy if you eat a lot. Their name on their card is China Wok Buffet but the same address so it is the same business.

They were very rude. Never came to even fill our drinks up ! When I told her out drinks never got refilled, the lady started talking CRAP to me . so I told her I'm not paying 2$ of my 37$ ticket. She then yelled at me and told me to leave and never come back ! DISGUSTING SERVICE. they even had KIDS At the buffet putting food back on the hot trays !!! I pointed it out to which they laughed at me. So unsanitary. I would never recommend this dirty rude place.

Not impressed. Very outdated decor and buffet was so-so. Buffett is available for take out but items like shrimp, sushi and mussels were a different price. They do have a regular menu, so if I decide to come back I'd order from that instead.

Went there twice
First time: (Sunday afternoon)
Not bad, food was decent a good variety, place wasn't busy, so the buffet also looked clean (just add some hot sauce and u'll be set) -would give it 4 stars-

Second time: (Tuesday evening)
Second visit, super DISAPPOINTED! food was there clearly for hours, most gone, terrible, terrible and terrible, plus the lady at the cashier before we walked in, kept asking if we were sure we would eat fast cz they wanted to close soon, so that's the main reason I'm giving it a 3 star, in fact this last visit was worth -1 stars! I Ate less

I wish I had read the other review prior to going into this restaurant. I am only here in Fayetteville for the holiday and I drove all the way from Texas to taste the worse house fried rice that I have ever tasted. Even the house fried rice I made in home ec in high school was better (and im not exaggerating). I came to this place after going to another place and being ignored. Well I placed my order, the lady at the front initially charged my debit card for $244.76. Then she apologized and charged me the correct $24.76 amount and told me that my account will reflex the refund and correctes amount

On a Sunday evening it is not a good idea to come here. The food is like most other places when it comes to choices: honey chicken,chicken with broccoli, shrimp, rice etc. you get the idea. But the worst part is when you eat something and it does not even taste like shrimp or chicken. Just a mushy mess with something spicy to cover a bad taste and maybe even smell. Nothing even smelled right, rice was hard, old. Could not finish the sushi or salmon, which I am sure is not even caught anywhere around here. Not just blah but yuk and I hope that in a couple of hours I will still be in bed instead

Best place for buffet in town. I will recommend people to come. Nice and tasteful food. Best chinese. I love the sesame chicken and lomien here.
