Comprehensive estate planning encompasses many different legal strategies. Regardless, there are a handful of "must have" estate planning documents you must create before anything else.
You should have: (i) a will - everyone needs a will; (ii) a living will for decisions concerning treatment when you cannot make or communicate your own wishes; (iii) financial and health care powers of attorney authorizing "agents" you know and trust to take care of your financial matters and make your health care decisions when you are unable to do so yourself; and (iv) a legal authorization that allows a loved one or friend to access your medical information.

There can be terrific grief and pain at the loss of a loved one. Beyond grief and pain, when you add external stresses to the equation you can have a disaster on your hands in very short order during the probate and estate administration process. Part of the responsibilities or duties of an executor or administrator of an estate can be to reduce the level of stress during the probate process.
If you ever listen to talk radio on Saturday or Sunday mornings, then you might hear a financial expert taking calls and giving advice on investing and asset protection. While this expert is obviously trying to attract some new, wealthy clients, the general principles he or she extols should work whether one is wealthy or middle class.
The Magnuson-Stevens Act (MSA) is the primary Federal means of regulating fishing activities in U.S. waters. The statute and its implementing regulations also contain all of the rules that the government must follow when it implements regulations, amendments, and permit requirements, as well as enforcement requirements.

I am very pleased with the estate plan that Mike Mastry prepared for me. The process Mike uses to gather information and prepare the estate plan documents is efficient and easy to follow. I like that Mike provided me with both hard copies and digital copies of my estate plan documents. The hard copies are in a high quality binder and the digital copies are on a flash drive.

We were very pleased with Mr Mastry’s legal services. He is easy to contact and quick to respond. The conferences are ‘no rush’ with ample time for questions and always available by email for questions, also with rapid response time. He relates to clients on a personal level and shares his own life experiences. We were impressed that he was open to discuss alternatives that would save us money, while posing no benefit to himself. And as retired professionals, it was nice to see him integrating law students into his practice.

Mike was so helpful. He was easy to work with. I don’t understand all the legal ease so he very patiently listened and explained in layman’s terms what everything meant. Mike is just an amazing person to have work with you and for you. I would highly recommend him as someone in whom you can trust and have faith. I feel blessed to have accepted his referral from another friend in whom I have complete faith and trust.

Recommended by a long-time friend and colleague regarding establishing a (much procrastinated) family trust. Mike made the process simple, understandable and quite easy. Definitely NOT something you want to risk doing with an online attorney . . . give Mastry Law a call; they'll take all the stress out of it and you'll know it's done correctly.

I procrastinated doing my will for many years mainly because I thought it would be a long and stressful process. My brothers did some research and set up the appointment for me at Mastry Law based on the positive reviews and after speaking with Mr. Mastry.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy Mr. Mastry made the process. He was very thorough and professional. The entire process was so simple and stress free. He definitely is an expert in preparing wills and was excellent in explaining everything to me.
When I went for my final signing everything was organized and ready to sign. Mr Mastry explained

My husband and I were trying to put together a simple will and trust to make sure that our kids were taken care of in the event of our untimely passing. For such a simple matter, we couldn't believe that other attorneys didn't even bother to return phone calls, and one didn't show up to multiple scheduled meetings. We’d had it! Then we found Mike Mastry! He was absolutely amazing! He was courteous, prompt, did everything that he said he would, and answered all of the questions that we had. The process couldn’t have been easier, and he was a pleasure to work with. He even had flowers for us

My husband and I just completed signing our Trust and all the associated and relevant documents. Mike is an outstanding attorney. He is an excellent communicator and was readily available to guide us along the process. He is very efficient and helps keep you on task to complete "your homework" in a timely manner. Mike establishes an accepting relationship and presents a friendly demeanor which helps his clients feel less fear in completing what some view (like us) as " something we'd get to one day". Well our day has come !!!. Thank you Mke Mastry. We highly recommend using his expertise and services

I contacted Mastry Law regarding some Legal matters and had the opportunity to speak with Mike. I found Mike to be very helpful, easy to speak with and very understanding. We set up an initial 30 min consultation to discuss the matter at hand in more detail. Mike called me back latter on in the day and advised me that it had been a while since he handled such a matter.
While his firm was initially unable to assist me he did openly provide me with very useful information and also recommended another lawyer that could assist me as well...a specialist. Mike did mention as much as he would like to

My husband and I came to Mastry Law to create a will when our first child was born. Mike made the whole, potentially confusing process incredibly easy for us. He patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot) and offered useful guidance when needed. With his help, we created a plan that was personal and unique to us and made us feel confident that our wishes would be granted if need be. The Mastry Law firm created a personalized binder with our wills, health directives, trust, chosen guardians and several extra emergency information sheets. It is so well organized anyone can walk through

My brother paid a big, multi-discipline law firm to take care of business, real estate and finally his estate needs. Unfortunately, he walked out with a boilerplate Will that "mostly" covers his needs. I wanted to avoid this mistake and I'm glad we found Mastry Law. Mike takes the time to learn about your situation and wishes. His firm looks at every angle so that I feel fully confident that my wife and child will be taken care of if something were to happen to me today or 20 years from now.
