Tom began as a Navy Photojournalist documenting historic events around the world. These experiences diversified his vision and skills, creating a unique artistic expression that is solely his own. Following the Navy, he served the Fresno Community as an officer for the Fresno Police Department. After retiring, Tom took his passion for photography a step further and opened a studio and gallery, Milne Photography.

Tom has been voted the "Best of Fresno" by the family of clients that know and love his work. In the late summer of 2007, Milne Photography expanded into its new 3400sq.

We had a great experience with our family photos. It had been 4 years since Our family was together. We have 2 new grandkids since then. When our Texas family was here, Tom and his staff were able to get us in for portraits with our 5 beautiful grandkids and family. They worked with our crazy schedule. The kids loved the animals and feeding the fish after our photo session! Thank you for capturing this precious time for us.

Awesome all around. Everybody there has a great personality and is very flexible. Compared to other photo studios, Milne photography seriously takes things a notch up when it comes to the whole experience. The results are actually so much better than other places that my negative opinion about the price was totally wiped away.
We did family portraits and baby pictures...they even heated up their studio to prep for our newborn's visit without us even requesting it.

As a senior in high school with a kid. I wanted to have my son involved in my pictures since he's one of most people who has motivated me more to finish school. With that said I told Tom and staff about it and they were so nice on letting me have him in some of my pictures, Tom even took pictures of my son on his own. I really loved how my pictures turn out that it was hard to chose and I could say they were worth paying for because they will be memories that will last a life time 😊

What can I say about Milne Photography. I don't think there is enough room. We love this place. We have been going here for years now. Tom is an outstanding photographer. He knows how to capture the best shots and makes each session unique. I always have trouble when it comes to deciding on which picture is my favorite because I love all of them. Very professional photography studio! Had a business formal picture taken with Tom; great results. Within the 1 hour window a plethora of shots were taken on multiple backgrounds with differing styles and features. Yes - it is a little pricier than most, HOWEVER, you get what you pay for: Professionalism, options, and expertise. Will be back in the future to take a family portrait.

My daughter had a photoshoot there earlier. We felt completely deceived by this place. I don't know if it was deliberate on their end, but when I called them to inquire about their rates, I was not told that there would be additional charges for the pictures. The lady I spoke to told me that their fee for a studio shoot is either $59 or $39. I opted for the former after taking her advice because it included a longer session, two different backgrounds, and two outfit changes.

We had a Great Experience with Milne Photography. Tom and staff were very nice and patient with me while I three or four change of clothes. Tom always seemed to ask the right question in order for me to have a nice smile in my pictures. All of my senior portraits came out great and my Mom loved them too. Milnes Photography is the right place to go for Senior Portraits or even family pictures. I would recomend Milnes to anyone and everyone. Thank you for making our experience GREAT!!

Tom and Staff were very courteous and respectful for our family sitting. They were very accommodating shooting so many different groupings of the families.
One problem did arise, they lost our negatives. However, we were notified immediately and a second sitting was rescheduled on Thanksgiving morning before those members from out of town had to leave that day.

As a senior in high school last year, my Senior pictures were very important to me. My mom scheduled my portraits to be done at Milne's. I was so happy with the way they turned out. They were so flexible in their scheduling. I had been in a car accident prior to my scheduled session and had to reschedule a couple of times because both of my feet were broken and I wanted to wear shoes in my senior pics.
We were finally able to get them done. There were so many to choose from that it was hard to pick our favorite ones. My mom loved them all!!! We had them done outside, right in back of the studio
