Services
Pinnacle Real Estate Property Management provides full-service account and budget management, including a monthly balance sheet detailing all of the Association's assets and liabilities, including the actual on hand cash balances of the Association's bank accounts. Pinnacle will work with the Board in compiling the Association's operating budgets for the upcoming years.
Pinnacle Real Estate Property Management, LLC, has managed our condominium association and property for several years. I can state unequivocally that the service provided us has been extremely outstanding. The fiscal management services offered, including negotiation of preexisting and new contracts by Pinnacle, has been excellent.

I’ve been a owner/resident of Burnt Tavern Manor for 20 years. Pinnacle took over management a little over a year ago. The difference has been incredible in the most positive way. The fact that for the first time ever all the walk ways were shoveled and salted! This has never happened before, I always had to do it myself. In addition they have been very responsive to getting certain properties cleaned up and getting our community restored to the beauty of what attracted me to buy 20 years ago. Thank you!

As a homeowner in the Fields at Lake Como, our HOA has been utilizing Pinnacle to manage our finances for over 5 years. Throughout that time, I have always felt that the company was doing a decent job at ensuring the interests of the home owners were being met. Throughout the past few weeks, my perception of the company has changed dramatically in a better way.
