Great experience for my fiancee pregnancy photo SHOOT!! Photographer very well experienced and made us very comfortable...can't wait to see the final pics!!

It's a good place to shoot your photography needs in a closed space however, there are a few flaws that need to be fixed. First, if you don't see their very small sign in the strip mall you'll miss where you need to go. It's wrapped around the side of the building and can be difficult to recognize off the street. The space is secure with a key code entry that you will have to get once you book the space. Inside the space is reasonable with studio lighting, computer (only a MAC computer), makeup bar and bathroom areas. Think of it like a barber shop area. Unfortunately the makeup bar lighting did

Very clean and professional setting everything thing you need to accomplish your shoot. Staff very responsive was able to walk me through issue I was having with the light trigger and continue my shoot in lightning speed will definitely be booking in the near future

I'm a rather novice photographer so was a little intimidated by all the professional lights, equipment, etc. But I booked an hour, reviewed the YouTube videos and had some in-house assistance for the first half-hour from Terence (fantastic!!) who reviewed everything with me "hands on." (I learn so much better that way). The photos came out AMAZING -- a professional couldn't have done better and I"m just a middle-aged mom whose actor daughter needed some new headshots. Rent a set was very clean and organized, they have videos to help you learn how to use anything in the studio a variety of lighting to use and plenty of backdrops for any project! The owners Terence and Shenell are very professional and courteous, I will definitely be using their services again!

Great little studio! Enough room to work with models, good equipment, backdrops etc. Very convenient when you need to do professional headshots, intimate shoots, or are looking to add studio and lighting shots to your portfolio with the overhead of owning a studio. Truly a hidden gem in the Norfolk area and I'm looking forward to them opening more locations in the peninsula as well! This is an incredible resource for photographers in the area. I used this space a few weeks back and in coming back. It's an incredibly valuable location for anyone to do shoots. I was slightly overwhelmed by amount of equipment present in the space. The are light meters for accurate exposure readings and extra backdrops for variety. If you're new to photography, i would suggest watching tutorials on youtube on how to operatethe lights and light meters.
The only drawback is that it's located behind a fence and you can't see it from the street. There's an added sense of security from that but it's difficult when looking for it on Google maps.

I love this studio! I got the opportunity to check it out and ever since then, my portfolio has grown tremendously. More people are acknowledging my work and I have this studio to thank for it, great prices for beginners and amazing lighting for professionals. The makeup bar is the highlight for my clients, they all love it and it’s in a nice location that doesn’t draw attention to outside guest. I recommend this studio to all those looking for a great place to shoot. The winter is coming so book now cause I’m going to be stealing all the time up lol.

There is a desperate need in the Hampton Roads Area for a photographer rental studio that really meets the needs of local artists. I love the professional in-house lighting and the backdrops right there in the set. All I need to do in plug in the triggers that they provide and I am ready to create something beautiful. No more working out of my garage- I truly have a beautiful studio space to call home.

Owners are ALWAYS professional and ensure you have what you need. The studio is always clean and well-kept. I LOVE the fact that the studio can only be accessed by you and your client during your booking time. They have a dope “networking wall” where you can sign it and leave your IG so others can connect with models, MUAs, photographers etc. Will definitely be booking AGAIN-they are my “go-to” studio whenever I travel to VA!
