I love Maple Leaf chiropractic clinic...the staff are friendly and knowledgeable...Dr Dave is great...I love the 'down-to-earth' perspective and style! The Canadian smile is great too!! I felt at home right away and am always in good hands whether having my neck and back adjusted or having massage! It's well worth my drive from Apache Junction to Tempe! Try Dr Dave...you won't be sorry!

Dr. Dave has helped me for over a year after I was rear ended, when I first starting going I was in so much pain, and now I come in every so often when my back flares up. But I’m feeling so much better with his help. Him and his receptionist, Rylee, are always friendly and welcoming. I know I can trust him to get me back and feeling my best whenever my back flares up. If you’re looking for a great chiropractor he’s definitely the one you need to go too!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dave for many years. Throughout the years he has helped me with general adjustments. In the past six months I began dealing with extreme hip pain. Dave took X-rays and determined that my left hip was an inch higher than my right hip. It took two visits per week for several weeks and I am happy to report that I am pain free and back to normal. Thanks Dr. Dave and massage therapist Riley. You guys are the best!

Dr Dave has been amazing! with both me and my husband, he had a shoulder pain for many years, other Dr's told him he needed surgery and weren't able to help him, till we found Dr Dave, he took the time to listen to him and gave him the appropriate treatment. No more shoulder pain. Thank you Dr Dave you are the best!!
