I can’t believe it, but this was the best customer service experience I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life. Darlisha was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. If you're looking for insurance of any kind I would advise you to go elsewhere. They are overpriced and just downright rude if you call them with a problem. It took me months to rectify a problem with them. I was given the runaround for 6 months. The problem has just been resolved with an attorney's assistance! SMH!!!

I had to submit some paperwork for the renewal of my homeowner's policy, which I was not able to submit until the day before the expiration date. My agent Trinette Blackwell called the insurance company and worked with their underwriters, insisting that they look at it right away and ahead of others, due to the urgency of the case. The underwriters did so and my policy was renewed the same day, just in the nick of time. Thank you Trinette!!
