Made an appt with Lakayla for Tuesday at 5:15, sitting there waiting for her and i had to text her to see if she was still coming, she cancelled b/c of something for her kid. She said tomorrow be ok, sure. Went the next day she was 45 minutes late!! After the showing asked her to call me the next day with information, made a point to say youre going to call me tomorrow right? she said yes.. Next day no call, next day no call. I just called her and asked to speak with her boss Donna who she said isn't in the office. Unprofessional small town ridiculous. One thing is for sure I will not be using

The realtor doesn’t think that this is an infestation! They also think you should pay $1600 and month to live like this in less than 900 sq ft. Owner of property would enter the property and adjust the thermostat while I was at work. This agency kept $100 of my deposit for having to clean after I left. The place was left in an immaculate condition, however, I had to have it cleaned prior to moving in. Atrocious business practice! Stay clear of these scammers!!!!!

The payment section is not accessible from the website. There needs to be more pictures of the rental properties online. Other than that I love Lois Oliver. When I moved here I was given 2.5 weeks to find a place to live, pack and move. Lois Oliver helped me find a place and get approved for it in less than 48 hours. Then after that the place was ready for me to move in within a week. I would definitely recommend them!

What can I say about Christine Burgio?! She is the best Real estate lady that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My family and I had to find a place quick because our lease is ending and she made sure to make that happen! She showed me multiple houses whenever I asked and always got the information I needed right away.
