A-1 Automotive Service

I've only owned a vehicle for 2 years, both of my inspections were done by a1. It passed the 2020 year, but did not the 2021 year as I did not have a center brake light (2006 custom jeep) which the previous owner removed. I told my boss as he is also a jeep owner and he called a1 to ask why it passed 2020 without it and not 2021 if a third brake light has been required since 1986. I listened to the call and my boss was nothing but polite as he was only asking the question. Upon spending 160 dollars to have a third light installed, I returned to a1 to get a free reinspection under the 30 day limit

Great service always fix my vehicle the right way never try to hike up prices just to make a sale. Always straight up with you never try to tell you something is wrong always tell you what is actually wrong

After the guy explained to me what they had to do,I was glad I took it there. My truck blew a break line and I am sure I would have broke something trying to fix it myself, very professional.

I took my car to John after it failed emissions test. I took my car to 2 other repair shopin Beaver Falls whocharged me but my car kept Failing the test. I was told by my father that John has one of the if not the best shop around. I made the appointment. They looked at my car and withen 1 hr it was fixed. I cant even thank them enough. My car gets better gas mileage now and passed emissions. They showed me my old part. Took the time to explain why i was bad wnd how to prevent it from going bad again. best part is they charged me less than othershops in the area. i called and price shopped the

Extremely displeased with the lack of service provided! The gentleman there performed a state inspection which “failed the emissions” portion. So when we asked what the issue was (mind you I am an avid self taught mechanic for over 10 years) he stated the readiness monitors did not work. When I questioned him based on my knowledge he accused me of disconnecting the battery and stated that I had to drive another 200 miles, but he would offer a free re-inspection. So I put slightly more than the allotted miles advised and went back to get emissions re-tested. Prior to re-inspection of emissions

I took my truck to John and Shane after another shop on the main street of beaver falls charged me over $1000.00 and had my truck for almost a month. They never fixed the problem. A friend told me to take it to A-1. Not only did A-1 fix my truck but they had it done the same day and fixed for less than $80.00. I can tell you I will be taking all my autos to A-1 from now on. Thank you John and Shane. I only wish I found them sooner.

I've been taking my cars there for 17 years and won't go anywhere else. They are very kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job of affordably keeping my old, high-mileage car on the road for many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
