The Farrell Company can construct your project from plans that are developed by your Architect/Designer and forwarded to us after completion for pricing and construction. Or, we can get involved at a very early stage, essentially the same time the Architect/Designer is selected. This team or "Collaborative" approach, is the ideal method for the construction process.

I have used Farrell Co for numerous major remodeling projects and have never been dissatisfied. They are professional, reliable, creative and produce top-notch work. We have always been within budget and on time completion. All of the sub-contractors are well managed and top quality. Steve Farrell and Jim Hart make you feel as though you are the only client, and your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Also, they provide on-going service if needed, with their home maintenance program. Gives me peace of mind!

When my husband and I were wanting to remodel our family room and have some other work done to our house we asked friends for references. Farrell Company was one of those mentioned. After meeting with them and two other General Contractors, we decided to go with Farrell.
Our family room was completely gutted and redone. We were told about how long the whole job would take and they were pretty much on schedule so no complaints there. Actually, any delays we did experience were our fault, not theirs, because we changed our minds on a few things.
