Came in for an inspection and encountered the most misogynistic employees on the island. They lied to me and told me my lower control arm was broken. I asked for the man to elaborate, and he dodged all my questions. I denied the repair and brought my car to get a second opinion. The second mechanic reassured me my car was in perfect condition, and let it pass through. Please do not go here unless you want to be scammed. Went there twice and the service is HORRIBLE they are very rude and always try to find ways to make you spend more money. About a month ago I went there for an inspection and magically one of my headlights were out and both break lights. (They were completely fine before I entered the place) don't get me started on the groupons either they do not honor them because they'll always find some BS excuse like "it's too late to use it" or "we don't take them on certain days." Carmen whom is the owner, is a very honest and trustworthy mechanic. I always recommend this mechanic they do honest work and sometimes don't even charge over little things !

Rude service from the "karen" at the front desk i needed an inspection she said no if somethings wrong it takes time ...i said if it fails ill just leave and she slammed her arm on desk and said no inspection after 4 ...meanwhile theyre open till 6 (i was there at 4:30) im a first responder and don't have much time to get this done so thanks for ruining my day karen

So I'm half and half with this place. My first experience was a few months ago when I bought a Groupon and an older woman told me in a nasty tone that it was after 4pm and if I read the fine print on my Groupon they can't take them after 4pm. It was 4:15pm. I asked if they'd reconsider since we were going out of town the next day and I didn't want to try and find another place to do the oil change since it's later in the day. She said no it's after 4pm. Whatever. I left PISSED and got my Groupon refunded. Big middle finger to that lady with the 'tude.

Carmine and his entire team are the best. Always courteous and professional. Comfortable waiting room, clean. Came in for State inspection, first come first serve, and headlight. I do local driving and last year at my State Inspection Carmine advised that my two front tires have some time left, but not too much.....today he said "it's time".....I said "change all four".....his reply "no! Your rear tires are just fine!" ...... honesty, you don't see that very often. Thank you to Carmine and his team, I will see you in a few miles for my next oil change.

Hello: I have never written a review of any kind before. Tried to use Groupon for oil change and tire rotation. Called to make appointment. I was told it was not necessary, just come before 4PM. Today, I arrived at about 1PM. I was told by an extremely rude service manager that I would have to make an appointment to come back because he doesn't have a jack for a pickup in the oil change bay. Was not asked by employee my car type when I tried to make the appointment. I live 20 miles away. Will never use again. Price seemed too good. Maybe Medford Fast Lube should stop accepting Groupons

Brought my car in with a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. They said I'd have to leave it, which was inconvenient but ok. 6 hours later I picked it up and they never did the tire rotation even though they swore that they did. One of the rims had a knick in it and it was in the same spot! Ripoff!
The last time I was there in the summer for an A/C recharge it only lasted a week and leaked out even though the tested it ($149) and said there was no leak!
Avoid this place and pay the extra to go to an expert at the dealer.

This business has some of the most untrustworthy and shady characters I've ever encountered in the automotive repair industry around Long Island. They even did an investigative report show on scamming customers, i guess that's where they learned. They broke my studs by purposely over tightening them because i wouldn't get my brakes done there after a failed inspection. After 2 attempts in getting that taken care of, i find i'm missing a bolt off my caliper. I know i couldn't prove this in a court of law, but i'm 100% convinced that it was maliciously intentional

Just moved into the area was looking for a quick place for oil change . Saw other reviews and tried it out.The staff is very friendly . They get you in and out quickly and they are open on Sunday which was a plus .

Went there for an oil change and they didn't change my oil filter, I went back and they played dumb and said they would check it. So the replaces my filter and added oil and apologized, told me they were very busy earlier and sorry. Really? Too busy to change my filter? You're under there draining the oil. My fiancée then got nervous and took his car to another service station to have his filter checked because he had an oil change done there recently and guess what? His filter was the same old one too. SHAME ON YOU!

I don't know how I feel, I think it's natural and unfortunate that we always feel scammed by mechanics. I think with Medford fast line it just depends on who you speak with and who's got your car. It's tough.

I've had good and okay experiences, nothing crazy awful yet, who knows. They'll work with you

I went to Medford Fast Lube because of the shining Yelp reviews and the fact that I thought I only needed an inspection.
I was informed that to pass the inspection, my rear brake pads were shot and I'd need to replace them. Okay- safety first, right? Only people I trust w my car and my wallet. I saw a woman come in because her ABS wasn't working on her car. They fixed the fuse didn't charge her and told her to come back for oil changes in the future. Now that's honest.
