During a crisis, Pam got me in pretty quickly. Dr. Carlos Martinolas and Morgan were very efficient, professional, loving, comforting and caring during both my visits.
It was very comforting and reassuring when Dr. Martinolas called after my first visit.
During my visit today, I really saw that the entire staff truly cares and they made me feel like family.
Pam and Becky represents the front office very well. They are very professional, confidential, patient and caring.

I rarely get service so good I feel compelled to leave a review but Richmond Hill Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is by far the best dentist office I've ever been to. Dr. Carlos is extremely nice and professional and is an expert at his craft. His assistant, Morgan is very sweet and helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to her while I waited. They both go out of the way to make their patients feel comfortable.
Most importantly the work they did on my teeth was quick and painless. I experienced the least amount of pain/discomfort I've ever had getting a tooth filled. I personally hate going to the dentist
