I can't find enough adjectives to describe the wonderful experience I've had with Kayla at Stratrgic Insurance Services. I was in a rough spot and needed homeowners insurance immediately. Kayla worked tirelessly not only to find me insurance but to draw up a future plan to save me money. I can tell you that I will be staying with Kayla for my insurance needs and feel 100% like I'm in safe, competent hands.

I got a quote from them after being non-renewed for home insurance. The quote was pretty high so I decided to go with another company yet they still enacted the policy even though I didn't sign a single thing! The premium was taken out of my escrow account! Now my escrow account is negative and my monthly mortgage payment is $200 higher than it should be. I'm still working on fixing it but they totally scammed me, how is it possible to enact a policy without me signing anything?!?

But what really stood out to me regarding Amy was that she was very responsive, transparent and knowledgeable about the different policies and lastly, hardworking. She even responded to my emails despite being on PTO. Great Experience
