Tim and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are very responsive and are constantly making recommendations to improve my experience, and when other departments of State Farm fall short Tim and his team pick up the slack in a big way. They take ownership off issues in a way that I have rarely experienced anywhere else, and have the experience necessary to work through tricky situations.

We've had State Farm Insurance with Tim Giblin for over 20 years. He is a great agent that looks out for your well being by making practical suggestions that provide more insurance coverage for less money. I was very disappointed when I call the office and asked about the discount for the years of experience somehow they only had me for 7yrs and not the 14 yrs that I have been driving for they told me they would find out and they still have not. When I call to ask if they had found out they told me they were still working on it. And every time when the renewal comes it seems that instead of dropping the price it goes more up with no car accidents or tickets. With this whole covid-19 we have not got the discounts like they said we will, other insurance companies have already giving their costumers
