No complaints about the filing of my 2020 income taxes but many complaints about not returning my questions or emails. Most egregiously, they charged me $250 just to write a one-paragraph explanation letter to a mortage underwriter simply stating that I was employed, oh and they did that wrong and we had to ask for redos. Beware!

Do not use. I first filed my taxes with Cross and Associates in 2019. I spent the entire year donating to charity, going to school for the deductions, and running a company. They overlooked all of that and filed my earnings using the standard deductions. I was more than disappointed. On top of that, after I had paid for this undermining service, I received another clients tax information in the folder that they handed me. Very unprofessional!

Make sure you get everything promised in writing. I was quoted a price to bring our books to QB online and it exceeded the amount and the job was never completed. I felt they should refund some of our money since I had to hire someone else to do the exact same thing but when I tried to discuss it with Simon he was very rude and unprofessional. He had to get Josh on the phone and after going around and around in circles he still wouldn't refund at least some of our money for not completing the work they were hired to do.
