Wow, I don't even know where to begin. These two women were the sellers agents for a home we recently bought. They were extremely friendly the first time we met them. Then, as we got into escrow, they were nothing but petty. We're first time home buyers and they couldn't understand that as new buyers, there's a learning curve with the process that we're going through. We aren't spending $10 on a sandwich; we're making a huge life purchase, so it's only reasonable that we do our due diligence for inspection, research, etc for each step of the way. Apparently

Tracy and Suzanne are true professionals. From the start they were knowledgeable, competent, responsive and fun to work with. Their explanation of the value they placed on our home was clear, as was the strategy they used to sell it. They never tired of questions, and worked well as a team, so that our needs were always met. All this and they made it fun too! Very positive experience.

I just sold my home using Tracy Alderson and Susanne Hayek as my realtors and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They went above and beyond in every respect. Their attention to detail is amazing and while I thought my home looked very good ( I am in the furniture business) they took it to the next level spending many hours rearranging and eliminating to make it show to the best advantage. Their professionalism and upbeat personalities made them a joy to work with. Best of all we got multiple offers and sold it well over asking price!
