I saw many bad reviews about this place so I was skeptical but they were available when the other shops' mechanic was on vacation.
They were quick, straight forward, and the price I paid ended up being less than the quote. They were nice and I felt like they genuinely cared about my vehicle.

Terrible practice...Mom took her van to get brakes worked on, slider pins froze and needed bled to be exact, go to get her van and the brakes still don't stop I called and asked if he bled them and rambled off everything he did do instead of saying no, so took it back to have them bled and tried telling us they didn't need bled and said his mechanic drove it and said he got the tires to lock up... like so ok now the abs don't work??? Dave is just full of it trying to take advantage of people that he thinks are not mechanically inclined, luckily I am and had him make it right by bleeding the brakes

Great prices and can usually get you in fast. He has good knowledge of vehicles and is happy to share advice even if you don't bring your car in.

He takes forever to even look at your car and then seems to double the value of the part needed to fix the vehicle plus seems to want to stretch it out so you owe more. Id put zero stars if I could.

Had to take my car in to replace the rotors and such. As well as part of the steering column. Was originally quoted 525 for both repairs. Was then told the back rotors needed replaced not the front so it went from 525 to over 800. Told them to only do the rotors and such. Then was called to be told some how they froze up my caliper and my repair was now going from around 475 to over 625. Would not recommend this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!! I took my 2003 Toyota Avalon in for estimate to replace leaking front valve cover. I was told it would cost $1,282.00 because the cam and crank seal was bad. Also the water pump and timing belt needed replacement. I was charged $40.00 service charge for the estimate and paid in order in to get my car back.
I took it to Percell Auto Repair in Herrin and the cost was $160.00 to replace the gasket and nothing else was wrong with it. Dave’s tried to cheat me out of $1,120.00.

"Fixed" my car two weeks ago. I drive for work and this day is my loooooong trip. Luckily, it didnt die until I got back into town this time. This was the third time they "fixed" my car. I'm done. Waste of money for it to just end up dieing on me yet again.
