Services
Mood issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Life transitions including young adulthood, marriage, parenthood, mid-life changes and retirement. Women's issues including balancing personal needs with the needs of others, managing the expectations of various roles and implementing positive self-care.
Because research strongly indicates that the "fit" between the client and therapist is essential to the success of therapy, I offer a free fifteen to thirty-minute phone session to every new client. During your free phone consultation, you will have the opportunity to speak with me, to get many of your questions answered and begin to determine if the therapeutic relationship is a "good fit" for you.
I provide supervision to psychotherapists working towards Licensed Professional (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status in the State of Colorado. I am passionate about supervision/consultation and strive to partner with developing psychotherapists to enhance their unique skills and strengths.
