Had my car checked ... Needed brakes and driveshaft replaced. Had an appointment at 1:00. Didn't pull my car in garage til almost 1:30. Then told me that they only had to replace the brakes and had to reschedule so they can do all the work like a week later. When I called to make sure what time and was told they would not do the spark plugs and boots when I told them when we rescheduled that brakes and driveshaft and plugs is what I wanted done. How can a garage refuse to do work on my vehicle that I told them needed to be done and was going to pay for. And also tried to get tires but they were

March 2021 Update: Another great experience! I went in yesterday to get an inspection/have a taillight replaced. They were unable to pass my vehicle due to an issue that was discovered. An estimate was given and I was able to get an appointment the next day (today). The repair took slightly longer than anticipated, but they stuck true to their estimated time which was greatly appreciated.
I could not see the name tag on the guy that worked on my vehicle but he was very professional and friendly. I also witnessed them help out some military folks that stopped by.

I came to Buckhannon Discount Tire seeking a simple light replacement, wiper replacement, a squeaky belt looked at, and a slightly detached bumper. None of these were resolved.
I was told my lights were in working order - if you see the photo there’s quite clearly a HOLE where the light is supposed to be. I understand they don’t do body work - no problem. But I was also told my power steering was the issue instead of my belt which was incredibly incorrect.
My recommendation: come here for an inspection and nothing else. If you want your car fixed, go elsewhere.
