Dropped my vehicle off for a “B Service” and inspection the night before. Was told I would hear back before noon as my car was the first in line. No word until I called at 3pm. Was told that they could not get my car in until the following week and that I would have to leave it over the weekend. I asked what options were available and after back and forth they conducted the oil change and inspection that evening. Picked the car up and the service notice in the car had not been cleared and had to figure out how to do it myself.

* they will take your vehicle out for 6 or more miles to test drive an adjustment on the carburator and still charge you the labor
* They will have you sign a release form that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle.
* They have kids out of college working on high performance vehicles and foreign cars.
* They claim to have warranties but will find every excuse that they are not at fault then charge you again.
* They absolutely have no appreciation for their loyal customers. You are treated as a number!!
* They have gone to seminars

Be wary of them!! One of the things out of many that they do is charge one hour labor to bring your vehicle into the garage, put on lift, take down from lift then put back in lot. This fee is incorporated into the labor for the work and not broken down. They will charge 10.00 per day storage fee after 2 days of not picking up. They say that they warranty the work but if something goes wrong they have plenty of excuses and will still charge to fix the problem. At one time they would charge 5 cents for a washer and put it on the bill. Many examples to list. Bottom line is that they do not appreciate

I called twice to get a appointment to get my rear end done on my 1978 Chrysler and both times I was told I will get back to you by the end of the day. After the first time I called back a week later they had no record of my car so the girl took the info again and I heard nothing and it’s been a month. If they don’t want to work on my car that’s fine just say you don’t know how to do a Chrysler rear end I know there hard to adjust but now I won’t go through them for anything else because they could not even call me back for my car.

I called Neil's Motors requesting some information on a matter that needed to be dealt with. I didn't know if they would take a look at my vehicle under the circumstances but they were nothing but kind and understanding. The gentleman listened to my story. and told me everything that would need to be done with my new vehicle in my situation. They did a mechanic evaluation on my new vehicle. They did everything that they said they were going to do, which was a big help for me under a stressful situation. They are wonderful!

Went in for a sticker on my Benz which is a bit older ans not my daily driver. Was kinda cute my son failed me foe that! Regardless I had several issues that previous repair shops simply ignored or lies to me about the cost of repairs. Neils was honest and up front with me. Cost me a bit more than I should have spent on a 2002 but I love my car that much. Was nice to see my son using his mechanical skills on a vehicle he learned how to drive a stick
