Yes, in order to treat you need to disrobe, in most cases you can leave your underwear on and often times if a great deal of stretching is going to be done I ask that you bring athletic shorts either spandex material or loose fitting (so not to rip if made of a material that is not elastic) and a loose fitting t-shirt or athletic top.
Chris needs you to realize that cancellations and rescheduling need to be 24 hours in advance in order to accommodate another client in your spot. You can always send another person in your place instead of canceling or rescheduling. If a cancellation or reschedule was not done with at least 24 hours advance notice a cancellation fee will be charged.
