First of all, I am convinced that the good reviews is either left by family or friends because I bought a Groupon and after two weeks of constantly trying to get in touch with this salon the lady that answered the phone was very rude, her English was poor. I asked if I could book the couples massage that I had purchased for over $150, before even looking for a date to see if it was open to book she said I should “call groupon to get my money back, because they don’t like dealing with them” THEN WHY DO U HAVE YOUR COMPANY ON THEIR WEBSITE!!! We booked a couples massage with hot stones. My friend who had a masseur said he did a fantastic job! He also came across as very friendly. Unfortunately, I wasn't lucky enough to get that experience. When we walked in, we said hi to a masseuse who just stared at us and walked away. That same woman ended up giving me a massage, and she didn't provide firm pressures. The hot stones were my favorite part, but I don't think it was applied for more than 30 seconds. I thought the massage was great. I like strong hands with medium to hard pressure and got just that. She was able to work out most of the kinks in my upper and lower back and was not afraid to get in there and apply as much pressure as she needed to. She didn't speak much English so it was hard to communicate my needs but I can't say I didn't enjoy the silence. I can't stand a massage therapist that likes to talk a lot. My only issue is that I was charged a $25 reschedule fee so I ended up paying $40 more than the service actually cost (including tip). I'd come back again

It was okay... paid $100 for a couples massage so I got what I paid for. The room was so small the masseuses kept kicking and bumping into it when they moved around. You can clearly hear the music from the gym next door blasting. I booked our massage with hot stones which felt amazing for the 15 seconds they used them. Booked for an hour but it was more like 45 minutes.

I don't know what's happening at this place, b/c it used to be good, but yesterday I came in for a massage because I was very sore and I literally had the worst massage of my life. It was not relaxing at all. The masseuse was very rough and I could tell she didn't know what she was doing. She barely spoke English so I couldn't really communicate with her my needs and she was leaning on my head the whole time during the massage. I told her in the beginning and I thought she understood me, but she did it again. I left feeling worse. The only person I'm willing to go to there

Great experience from the moment the lady answered the phone to take my reservation. Took our family of four on very short notice for a 30 minute foot massage. When we arrived they already had very soft chairs ready for us. Low lighting so that you could close your eyes and relax. The softening water with the studded bottom bucket felt great, but the massage felt even better. All the staff were friendly, nice and very professional. Even my 13 year old son felt comfortable here. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I would give 10 stars if I could.

As an massage therapist myself, I pretty much know when someone is trained correctly. I try not to critique any therapist because everyone has their own style but this experience was not good at all. These techniques were done like someone who does chair massage. They never asked about any problem areas or areas I'd like for them to concentrate on. The therapist literally just did about 30 seconds of tapotement massage on both sides of my legs and used static compression on my back for majority of the massage. The environment is very relaxing and could be a very good place if the therapists were

Massage went well. Reason I have issues with this place is that they offered me and my wife some sort of essential oil to use during our meditation not before we started for $10 each. We both declined politely even after they offered it twice. During the massage my wife complained about the pressure being a little tense which wasn’t an issue to shift the energy but the guy performing got lazy I was told. At the end for departure they stated that we requested for the oil and tried to still charge us for it so with me being stern they switch the topic and asked how much would I be leaving for tip

This place was not welcoming atal when u walk into massage place it smells so good, but here it smelled stuffy. And the massage person like everyone else said very inconsistent with the pressure some areas of my back still hurts the next day. Very unhappy with the service. Also they put you in a very uncomfortable situation while giving the tip. I have been here at least 10 times. Went for a an hour foot massage yesterday that only lasted 50 minutes. The foot massage used to incorporate legs and arms and neck for a brief time, they literally only touched my feet. It was terrible. I could have done a better job myself. Will NOT be back. And they raised prices for a crappy service.

My first time getting a massage and it was the worst ever. I thought I was to walk out feeling relaxed and free. Now I walked out with a hurt back. During my massage the gentleman was pressing on my very hard. I got my massage at 1pm and at 11:00 I'm in a lot of pain. Please don't go here. I wish I could give them no stars

Don't go here...I came here 2 years ago when I was in town had such a pleasant foot massage
Today the guy asked us if we wanted to try the new " head to toe" massage and we said sure
My body feels "meh" after their services
They are too too rough and this was not a pleasant experience at all
I won't be going back when I'm in town

As I come in I was properly greeted by a young lady at the front desk. She was very nice and spoke nicely and led me to the back.
She had a male employee with her that looks disgruntle about possibly rendering my services.
As we went to the back where they rented the massages he immediately went and left for over 10 minutes. The water he brought back was not the hottest it could be but it wasn't ice cold. I go to be sort of foot retreats often so I understand how the flow should go.
The male employees since the bucket of water for my feet to soak in disappears for over 15 minutes or

This is a place we found occasionally.It was a big rain after our lunch so my husband and I decided to stay a while waiting the rain stop.Then we found the foot spa and tried one hour.
The room is so big,suppose can sit 10 people.And the ladies were very professional.
They used hot water with flower smell to soak foot.I like the smell which made me very relaxing.
My husband like harder,he said the lady was very strong but feel better after the session.
I fall in sleep after the it began.It is a good place for a nap.
It worth money to have a relax after a long day.
