We wear various fiduciary hats for our clients: Trustee, Agent under Power of Attorney, Personal Representative, and Conservator and/or Guardian. In these cases, we have more of an ongoing role than just being legal counsel: we take care of big and small issues for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their loved ones.
Clients often benefit from having an attorney facilitate real estate transactions. We are available to buyers or sellers in residential or commercial transactions. In addition to preparing or reviewing a purchase and sale agreement and representing our clients at the closing, we can also re-title property, make gifts or transfers, divide a parcel, draft leases, create rental agreements, or assist with refinancing.
